Inc understands transportation must be prompt, reliable, flexible,
and respect the time of the traveler. Excel Fleet Limousine offers
a flat rate airport service to LAX, SNA, ONT, LBA airports. Please
call for additional airports served and rates.
REQUEST FOR SERVICE PROCEDURES
Excel Fleet Limousine provides sedan airport service seven
days a week. Limousine airports based on availability. Reservations
are accepted by phone, email, and on line reservation through
our website. All airport request for service information
should be in complete form before being accepted. Excel
Fleet Limousine not responsible for inaccurate flight information
or incomplete pickup or drop details.
All requests for service will receive confirmation/receipt
via e-mail or fax. Corporate clients are asked to reply
to trip confirmation to verify information is correct. If

You will receive a confirmation call or email before service
date to re-confirm airport order. You can also re-confirm
your service details any time and make changes, or cancellations
at 714.773.5568
AIRPORT PICK-UP PROCEDURES
Excel Fleet Inc will update and monitor all flight arrival 1 hour
before scheduled pickup. Chauffeurs will MEET AND GREET domestic
clients at baggage claim with a name sign with the clients
name or companys name displayed. Chauffeur will be happy to
assist with luggage. You may also request a curbside (outside baggage
claim area) after you have collected your luggage by calling 800.509.6800.
Your Chauffeur will be dispatched to your location. Please be aware
limousine and sedans are not allowed to PARK curbside so please
place your self accordingly.
International flights will update and monitored1 hour before
scheduled pickup. Please meet Chauffeur upon exiting customs
with name sign. International pick-ups are subject to wait
time after 45minutes upon arrival for custom delays.
AIRPORT CANCELLATION POLICY & NO-SHOW
POLICY
Cancellations are accepted by phone only. If you cancel, for any
reason, airport order with less than a 24 hour verbal notice before
pickup time, you are charged in full for airport order. All airport
orders are considered a no-show after 30 minutes (45minutes for
intl. arrivals) past your arrival time. If you fail to meet your
chauffeur or contact Excel Fleet Inc by phone 714.773.5568, you
are considered a no-show. You will be charged 100% of your airport
order. All reservations and airport orders that are cancelled within
24 hours of scheduled pickup time are charged $25.00 admin fee for
processing and hold vehicle at your request. All charges are deemed
earned when paid. No refund is given if ride ends early or during
ride. All deposits are non-refundable due to cancellation by client.
PAYMENT METHODS
By placing a reservation with a visa or master card, you agree and
authorize Excel Fleet Limousine to charge your credit card for all
charges (including gratuity) relating to your reservation. Credit
card on file is billed prior to scheduled pick-up. We accept Visa
and Master Card on service date and Chauffeur will take imprint
of credit card and card holders signature. Credit card slip
takes the place of swiping your credit card through our terminal.
Sorry no checks accepted on service date. Monthly direct billing
of Credit Card on file is available for corporate clients on approved
credit. Excel Fleet Inc Cannot make arrangement to Direct Bill credit
card without a signed, approved form in office. Monthly Billing
Corporate accounts are accepted on approved credit. Cash clients
are required to provide credit card information to guarantee service
order and Excel Fleet Inc will no longer charge credit card on file
for transportation charges.
LOST OR DAMAGED
Excel Fleet Limousine or Chauffeur not liable for any items left
in vehicle, lost or damaged. We reserve the right to charge a delivery
fee for returning lost items if found. Chauffeur will be happy to
assist with luggage but assumes no risk in doing so.
No smoking allowed or eating in vehicles. I am liable for damages
caused accidentally or will fully by me or my party and I authorize
Excel Fleet Limousine to charge my credit card in full and on demand.
Passenger assumes all risks in connection with vehicle transportation.
I understand drug us is prohibited by law.
VEHICLE SUBSTITUTION
In the unlikely event of a vehicle breakdown, accident,
or vehicle inaccessibility, we reserve the right to substitute
a similar vehicle within 2 hours @ contact price. Vehicle
can be from our fleet or from our affiliates' fleet. I hereby
release and discharge Excel Fleet Limousine and employees
from all claims, demands, loss, and expenses from vehicle
breakdown.
SURCHARGE FOR TRIPS OCCURRING ON
HOLIDAY
Holiday fees are charged for airport services occurring on holidays.
Please add 25% to flat airport rates so we may provide service on
holidays.
PRIVACY POLICY
Excel Fleet Limousine does not sell, rent or distribute your personal
and financial information to any outside third parties. Excel Fleet
Inc. reserves the right to use all information collected to provide
requested services and collect for services provided in agreement
with our rates, terms, procedures, and conditions. RATES CHANGES
Airport rates subject to change without notice and some restrictions
apply. Hourly rates and hourly minimums are subject to change due
to seasonal events and holidays. |
