Hi Yvonne,
I want to say thanks for making our Mother's day super
fun. I really loved the Golden spirit limo. It was so
nice for us to be together in a beautiful limo on our
way to the day spa. Tony really went above and beyond
to make us feel like queen's for a day.
We all got some "me" time that made for a relaxing
mother's day. We very much enjoyed the complimentary breakfast
package.
Thanks again for making my surprise limo ride such a success

Hi Evelyn,
I wanted to tell you Excel Fleet limo treats their clients
very well. I had contacted three different limousine companies
and Excel was the only limo company to responded very
quickly and give me a call. Evelyn, you really helped
me out by taking the time to answer all my question. It
was greatly appreciated so I could make the right decision.

You were different from other companies because I felt
you really wanted to help me plan the best limo ride.

Hi Evelyn,
My Birthday was so great. I was so excited to have a limo
for the night and you certainly didn't disappoint. I really
liked the balloons and apple cider the best.
Our driver, Tony gave us excellent service. The was on
time and we really appreciated because we usually get
a call that the driver will be late. It was nice to get
to the Cheese cake factory on time.
All my friends complimented Tony on his driving style
and it never felt like we were moving; the ride was so
smooth. I also wanted to let you know the location for
the Disneyland fireworks was right on! I was so happy
that he followed our itinerary and he did all the drop-offs
we prepared . He never asked us for directions, which
was great.

Good Evening Evelyn,
I just wanted to thank you for a fabulous limo experience
on August 19th. Evelyn was the nicest person I have
ever talked to about limo services and went out of her
way to help us. Originally, my father was going to pay
for the cost of the limo. When I found out Excel couldn't
accept credit cards over the phone, I called around
to other limo companies hoping someone else could help.
Everyone else was indifferent or even rude. We decided
to cover the cost ourselves because Excel was the only
company that impressed us over the phone. We really
appreciated the balloons and birthday banner. The selection
of beverages was also a treat. Our driver, Lucio, was
extremely courteus and we all enjoyed ourselved thoroughly.
The other family members even commented on how nice
Lucio was and how nice the limo was too. My Mom especially
loved the leopard, she thought we ordered it custom
for her!
I also appreciate the follow-up call. It is rare these
days that a company wants to keep their clients happy
after a transaction and that was just a great example
of the caliber of your company. My husband and I intend
to use your company exclusively in the future and look
forward to doing so.
